Missing minimum stability in composer.json

Problem/Motivation

Hi,
I am unable to install the field_description_tooltip module. I have alredy installed jquery_ui_tooltip module, but it's giving error. Can you please help me to fix this?

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/field_description_tooltip ^1.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/field_description_tooltip[1.0.0].
- drupal/field_description_tooltip 1.0.0 requires drupal/jquery_ui_tooltip: ^1.1 -> could not be found, it looks like its name is invalid, ":" is not allowed in package names.

Potential causes:
- A typo in the package name
- The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting
