Problem/Motivation

The module is generating two Deprecated notices while being used with PHP 8.0

Deprecated: Required parameter $options follows optional parameter $data in /root/docroot/profiles/utcfs/modules/contrib/countries/countries.module on line 1102

Deprecated: Required parameter $name follows optional parameter $data in /root/docroot/profiles/utcfs/modules/contrib/countries/countries.module on line 1102

Proposed resolution

Just removing the first optional parameter should be sufficient.
