Running drush generate yml-migrate_file_to_media_migration_media using PHP 8:

[error] TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in Drupal\migrate_file_to_media\Generators\MediaMigrateGenerator::validatePluginId() (line 117 of /var/www/html/ibfd/web/modules/contrib/migrate_file_to_media/src/Generators/MediaMigrateGenerator.php)

On PHP 7.4. this was just a warning.
