Was trying an upgrade to ctools 4.0.
but I ran into the following composer fail to install.
- drupal/paragraph_blocks 3.0.1 requires drupal/ctools ^3.0 -> found drupal/ctools[dev-3.x, 3.0.0-alpha17, ..., 3.x-dev (alias of dev-3.x)] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^4.0).
