Fieldset summary does not work on the node form

Problem/Motivation

The node type form has JavaScript that updates the fieldset summary to show the label of the active radio button. In the D7 version, both the node type form and the node form had this functionality, but for some reason it was left out for the node form during porting.

Steps to reproduce

Open a node form with per-entity settings enabled. The fieldset summary does not update.

Proposed resolution

Include the same library that's used for node type forms in node forms.
