I agree with kecsot, the solution provided in https://www.drupal.org/project/copyright_footer/issues/3056190 ✨ More flexible rendering / text format Needs work is much better than what is proposed here.
Most of the designs include the copyright as "© [current_year] [org_name]" instead of "Copyright © [current_year] [org_name]".
So I suggest to add the option to hide the "Copyright" text.
