Detect media duplicates (media_duplicates dependency & configuration)

Problem/Motivation

When working with a lot of media, it becomes hard to determine if a media already exists (under a different name etc.).
So it would make a lot of sense to warn the user

• on upload
• for existing media (report)

if there's already a similar media.

For files (Images, Video Uploads, Documents, Audio files) that would mean, both have the same MD5 Checksum for example. For remote Videos and other oEmbed it would mean, the oEmbed URL is the same.

https://www.drupal.org/project/media_duplicates → provides a solution for that, so perhaps we should add it as dependency of drowl_media once all issues are fixed.
