Deprecated function: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated in include_once() (line 1389 of /includes/bootstrap.inc)

Recently, I have upgraded my PHP verision to 7.4 and Drupal is 7.82. Now, Im getting this error, not able to proced further.

Also I'm facing following errors/warnings

Warning: "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"? in include_once() (line 1389 of /includes/bootstrap.inc)
Deprecated function: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; views_many_to_one_helper has a deprecated constructor in include_once() (line 3517 of /includes/bootstrap.inc)
FacesExtendableException: There is no method process for this instance of the class RulesCondition. in FacesExtendable->__call() (line 135 of /contrib/rules/includes/faces.inc)
