Views doesn't recognize relationship to host

If your Paragraph is being used in a View with a relationship to a host context, then filtering is broken.
I am linking this as it affects paragraph integration, though it is not a bug in the paragraph code. Hopefully, saves some other people time tracking down the actual bug with Views and Filter Criteria or Contextual Filters not working as expected.
