A new 8.x-1.3 release has been created that includes this fix:

on the project page it says "This module should be installed in the usual way, see installing Drupal 8 modules.". D8 has been eol for some time now and the link goes to a generic page with no reference of 8 (or 9) in url.
Please change the "8" to a "9" or drop the version number all together (best imho)
