Switch Vartheme BS5 branch from 1.0.x-dev to 2.0.x-dev and replace Bootstrap Barrio theme with Radix theme on Varbase installation

Problem/Motivation

📌 Start a 2.0.x branch for Vartheme BS5 to switch the base theme from Barrio to Radix with the support of Components and Storybook Fixed
📌 Replace Vartheme BS5 files to support Radix theme Fixed
✨ Add Components and UI Patterns modules Fixed
Varbase 10.0.x will depends on Vartheme BS5,
And new Vartheme BS5 depends on Radix theme and is not related to the Bootstrap Barrio theme.
When trying to install Varbase 10.0.x with a new branch of Vartheme BS5, it causes an error because of the bootstrap barrio theme required in the .info file.

Proposed resolution

Replace bootstrap_barrio from required themes in varbase.info.yml file with Radix theme.
