No configuration info, nothing in README file

Problem/Motivation

I installed the module and spent hours trying to figure out how to configure it. Finally gave up as I can't tell if what's happening is peculiar to my site since there is no standard behaviour to expect as per a stated configuration instruction.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module, head to Structure > Dashboards and add a Dashboard (I called mine 'Main') and add blocks in the Layout. Go to your profile and I was expecting the blocks to show on the profile page but instead there is a Dashboards link on the Admin Toolbar. Clicking the Dashboards link will also not load the blocks but will instead reveal another link named 'Main'. I thought at least I would now find the Dashboards blocks, but alas clicking on 'Main' would lead to /dashboard/main but only display a 'Personalize' button. I clicked on the 'Personalize' button and it took me to override the Dashboard. I did override it, and added a few more blocks and saved and then viewed the profile page one more time and yet it only showed the 'Personalize' button.

Proposed resolution

Add instructions on how to configure the module on the project page and in the README file.
