I closed the current MR.

We already have styles for form tips to add white color - formtips.css
Also, I cannot reproduce the issue. I guess it was fixed with a new release of the Gin theme.

I tested with the Gin 8.x-3.0-rc1 version that was released on 28 Nov 2022 and I can see the white color for tips (attached a screenshot).
