[META] Move from drupalcamporganizers to drupal Slack

Problem/Motivation

Event organizers need to juggle multiple Slack teams in order to actively participate in their own event organizing and meta-organizing activities.

Proposed resolution

As the suggestion of the Contribution Events initiative, the EOWG is planning to move from their separate Slack team to the main Drupal Slack.
