Read more button not visible in mobile view and mobile landscape view

Steps to reproduce

When the checking the responsiveness of the site then in the mobile view and mobile landscape view the read more button of the slider section is not visible as it gets hidden under the below section.

    Tested read_more_button_not_visible-3292127-5.patch on Drupal version 10
    The Patch applied successfully...

    Test Result:
    The Read More button is visible for mobile view.

    The mentioned page issue is resolved, & I have also checked and it is working as expected. I am attaching the Screenshots for the same.

    I also tried it on different devices, in some of the devices the Buttons look fine, but for some devices, the button still has the issue. Attaching Video for the same.
