The Edit all button is missing from the Node Edit form.
Create a paragraph and add it to a Content type with cardinality -1.
Create a node with multiple paragraph values.
Save and edit, the edit all button should appear.

I am not 100% sure, but I checked on old Drupal applications and it works well there. i am using latest Drupal core, 9.3.16 and latest paragraphs version, 8.x.14...
Tested it on Simplytest.me too, but no good.
