Meeting Notes

Venue - King Center

• Philip to ask the King Center about COVID policy and post updated guidelines to the website / event page.
• Philip to ask the King Center about storage of items throughout the weekend.

Sessions / Registration

• There are currently four completed sessions and four sessions still in progress.
• The deadline for submissions is currently June 30 but that may need to be extended
• Marketing efforts are starting up heavy this week.
• Registration link to Hopin will be added to the website once t-shirts are decided upon.

Keynote / Interview Selection

• Keynote / Reginé: Philip and Chris coordinating with Reginé
• Keynote / Sandra: Sandra official
• Interview / Jen: Jen official
• Interview / #02: Matthew to continue to follow up with prospect
• Interviewer / Rachel: Rachel official

Sponsorships

• Announcements from Joe - TBD
• Philip will send out current confirmed sponsors, invoices from Stripe.

Schedule

• Philip has begun base template for schedule and will start to fill in columns with known information.

Marketing / Website

• Philip to add, "Accepting remote presenters" and "Hybrid event" to the website event page.
• Philip to add a general schedule for users to the website event page.
• Molly with Elevated Third is willing to design t-shirts this year, and Philip will handle the order
• Philip and Ty to work on promoting Session Submissions, Registrations and website updates

Training

• Salim to complete Training survey for Janice

Summits

• Summits have officially been taken out of the program for this year's camp.
• Change in schedule potentially means two full days of sessions, or we start the camp in afternoon on Friday.
