If this module is using an external (paid & non GPL2) service, I think it should be noted in the module page on drupal.org (or at least in a README)
There seems to be zero documentation for Lockr Drupal, or Lockr PHP.
Some things needed:
* General Readme for the Drupal module. Including instructions.
