Arguments of hook_per_node is not correctly send

Problem/Motivation

The module invoke all of hook per_node send $settings directly inside $arguments. So each entries of settings are send as arguments. Also we got unknow/dynamic number of arguments when implementing the hook.
In more the object node is not send inside argument.

Implements hook_per_node

Send in array $settings and $node when the hook is invoked
