What is the difference between this module and "Views Token Argument" module?

This module seems to handle tokens for both contextual filters and field filters.

Development has been discontinued. Use https://www.drupal.org/project/views_argument_token → instead.

Please! Is there a way to switch to the other module without loosing all my views configurations?
