I opened new MR with compatibility fixes.
According to the change record https://www.drupal.org/node/2940031 → new major release should be created, because after changes for D10 it is compatible only with ^9.3 || ^10 Drupal core. - Open on Drupal.org →Core: 9.5.5 + Environment: PHP 7.4 & MySQL 5.7last update

instagram_lite.1.0.x-dev.rector.patch
also removes the dependency on core's block module, should we do that? - Status changed to Closed: outdated

There is a 2.0.x branch with Drupal 10 compatibility. Any bugs related to the upgrade should be logged against that branch.
A 2.0 release would be in order, since Drupal 9 is no longer supported.
