Patch is trivial, not having it blocks using this on D10.

I don't think it's actually been fixed.

@dave Great you chime in here.
There is this commit
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/config_override_warn/-/commit/41a588f...
and a 2.x branch
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/config_override_warn/-/network/2.xwhich did the job for me but is not yet on the project page.

I merged the 2.x branch with 8.x-1.x. There's no real need to branch yet. I will issue a release soon.

Resetting priority, this is included in the latest release now.

Could you please update the issue with the appropriate attribution? Thank you.

I'm not exactly sure, since the commit was already from me on the 2.x branch and it was just merging the 2.x branch to 1.x and releasing.

Cool.
Does this issue need to stay open?
- πΊπΈUnited States dave reid Nebraska USA
Leaving this issue open, even after committing the current patch, will allow the Project Update Bot to post additional Drupal 10 compatibility fixes as they become available in Drupal Rector.
I've been usually leaving this open, but now that Drupal 10 is actually out, maybe we should start closing these?

Does not need to stay open, I made sure to merge the latest 8.x-1.x commits to the 2.x branch now.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
