Webform is adding a second product to the cart

I have a webform with several text and select fields. the Webform Product fields are set up correctly.

I added a new select field to my form, and now an additional product using that field's name is being added to the cart along with the correct webform product. The same thing happens if I create a radio button field or a checkbox field. The issue does NOT occur when I create a new text field.

The strange thing is, I have had a couple other select fields on the form for months, with no such issues. It wasn't until today that it suddenly started occurring, after I added an additional select field.

What would cause this issue, and how can I resolve it?

Sorry for the delay. I may have spoken too soon with the 3.03 version. This morning I tested it again, and it added the "phantom" products to the cart.

I switched to the latest dev, and that solved the issue... no phantom products were added to cart. Will those updates be committed to a new version?
