Drupal behaviors are not executed when js files are loaded with a script tag that has "defer" attribute.

Attached an updated patch to fix the following warning:

Warning: file_get_contents(modules/contrib/advagg/advagg_mod/dependencies): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Drupal\Core\Asset\JsOptimizer->optimize() (line 25 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/JsOptimizer.php).
