Handle logger exceptions properly

Currently we get

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ServerException: Server error: `POST https://middleware.quivers.com/profile/logs/` resulted in a `500 Internal Server Error` response: {"message": "Internal server error"}

which puts all the checkout down because Guzzle exceptions are not handled properly in the module.
