On website with multiples roles and languages, the access to the checkbox pathauto could affect to all translations.
For example, if a node has a custom alias in a Spanish language and an editor changes the path auto, the custom alias could be lost.
For the moment, I propose to add the permission to see/edit the pathauto checkbox, and also add also permission in the case the pathauto is checked, change the custom path.
To avoid all users to change this checkbox and the paths for all translations.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
