Switch Varbase Hero Slider Media from Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 5

Problem/Motivation

Now Bootstrap 5 has a stable release,
There are a lot of differences between Bootstrap 4 and Bootstrap 5.
It's better to support Bootstrap 5 in Varbase Hero Slider Media to make all styles work as expected and to support new features.

Looking at the Migrating to v5. The Bootstrap 5 has many logical changes.
A new branch is logical. To have a space for development and space for update and migration path from Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 5

Proposed resolution

Include Bootstrap 5 in package.json
Import functions, variables, mixins and utilities files to use bootstrap breakpoint vaiable, not to use static variable
Check all css classes.
Check all JavaScript files.
Check all Twig templates.
