Error uploading config file

Ozle → changed the visibility of the branch 3283247-error-uploading-config to hidden.

I was able to fix this issue by adding the public path in the uploadZipConfigFiles function.

While the patch works, the problem is deeper in the code. I will provide a fix and a new version soon, currently worked in a different branch to prepare another version for Drupal 11 compatibility.

Improved and fixed the config upload form.
Will be available starting version 2.2.0.
