Config setting for the displayed title

As discussed in issue 3273002 → , file names can be pretty random and thus not the ideal audio title to display.

@A-fro's contribution in that issue enables us to display media entity names instead through a template variable. On the short term, it would be great to expand this feature with a setting in the UI that changes the default behaviour of displaying file names to displaying media names.

In the long run however, it should be possible to use tokens for displaying the title, so info from other fields can be utilised. Maybe the auto_entitylabel module can solve that if this issue 🐛 Does not work with core media Needs work is fixed?
