Add a patch to fix errors on NPM/Yarn install for the Bootstrap Styles module

In bootstrap_styles module, when trying to install node_modules, it causes many of errors.

Opne bootstrap_styles module, try to install node_modules using npm install it causes many of errors.

Check package.json file and check and change all dependencies versions.
