Remove dependency on CIM.

Problem/Motivation

I don't have CIM (Customer Information Manager) and previously used the Authorize.net Commerce module in D7 and this was not a requirement. Upon testing this in the latest version, error logs indicate CIM is required. Is there a setting or a way to bypass this dependency or could this be a feature that could be easily added?

Steps to reproduce

Go To Check out
Select Payment Credit Card via Authroize.net
Transaction fails
Logs report "Received response with code Error from Authorize.net: E00044: Customer Information Manager is not enabled."

Proposed resolution

Can Drupal 7fucntionality be restored so CIM is not required,

User interface changes

Add a feature to all the users disabe/enable the use of CIM?

I had a long chat today with a tech at Authorize.net. Their system will return an "Unexpected Error" until the CIM service is enabled in your account at Authorize.net.

In other words, this integration will not work with Authorize.net's CIM service disabled.
