This was fixed long time ago, but I forgot to update the issue.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
When working on core contributions, and enabling contrib modules (ie: admin_toolbar), after running drush cr in terminal, installed contrib modules disappear.
Use @joachim's custom drush command

(It won't be needed once 🐛 Wrong DRUPAL_ROOT with non-standard code structure RTBC is fixed.
