Index MetaTag

Problem/Motivation

Trying to index MetaTag:NoIndex to utilize in the Search API Exclude Entity module to prevent indexing of nodes set to NoIndex

Steps to reproduce

1. Add MetaTags to Content Type
2. Edit Search API Index to add MetaTag fields
3. Find MetaTags not available
4. Look in box at bottom "Skipped Fields"
5. Find meta cannot be indexed

Proposed resolution

Find a way to make MetaTag type available for indexing.

It might be possible this is already attempting to be resolved in the Search API Exclude Entity module.
