Solr 9: Add new config-set templates for Solr 9

Are there still issues that need to be resolved around this, and is there anything that can be done to help move them along without deep knowledge of Solr and it's configs? Just ran in to this error also when trying to set up a Solr 9 instance for a site.

There's still a lot of work to do for Solr 9, but it requires some deeper knowledge.
But so far, no client or Solr hosting service provider asked for it. And it is too much work to do it just for fun.

Ι still do have the error : "An error occurred during the creation of the config.zip. Look at the logs for details."

I use Search API Solr 4.3.2 and Solr 9 Standart locally without DDEV (as I read that 4.3.2 version supports Solr 9).

What should I do, shall I try another version of the module/Solr, and which ones?

I get this error on the Solr page (after downgrading to Solr 8):

Facing the same issue while using the add-on service https://github.com/ddev/ddev-solr/ however, with this add-on which has Solr 8module is working fine https://github.com/ddev/ddev-drupal-solr.
