Drupal 9 to 10 project update bot code still produces Drupal 9 info files, need fixing so it can post again.

We need to handle composer.json errors also. Just update if possible, don't remove anything. As per #23 by @Gábor Hojtsy and @Mixologic

I think this issue achieved what it needed to. If issue summary template updates are needed, #3304342: Update Project Update Bot templates to provide better status recommendations → would be a great place to do them. Moving to the project analysis queue as the code lives there now.
