Following on from https://www.drupal.org/project/preloader/issues/3160022 →
My custom theme has code in the src folder. The files are picked up & added to the $files list, but because the theme hasn't been added to the PSR-4 loader, it causes errors during preloading because included files can't be found or available.
Patch incoming will also add themes to the preload script. It may be better if this was a setting?
