Add extra extra large breakpoint_xxl default configuration file

Add extra extra large breakpoint_xxl to Varbase Layout Builder default config to match Bootstrap 5 breakpoints.

Now the system has [xl, lg, md, sm, xs] breakpoints, and there is a new one created in Bootstrap 5.

Add new default config file with bootstrap_layout_builder.breakpoint.breakpoint_xxl.yml and with new configuration for xxl breakpoint.
