Problem/Motivation

A new interface for entity reference field items was added in 🐛 ResourceTypeRepository wrongly assumes that all entity reference fields have the setting "target_type" Fixed . Core should avoid reaching "into" the field settings to get information about reference-able bundles. So we should use this new method, here.
