I added a related issue for better file naming that should be considered along with this one.
I think a filename override option would work in both places.
It's mostly always necessary to give the backup file a specific name, and it s a pain to always have to go to the settings of the backup profile to do that, it will be very convenient to quickly give a specific name to the backup file, for example adding a text field below "backup destination", see screenshot below
