Make button labels translatable

Buttons labels should be translatable.

Create a multilingual site, or at least not english.
Use this checkboxes feature on a taxonomy term reference field.
Buttons label will be Check all ang Toggle, even when interface language is not english.

Use t() function as code is in .module file.
