Incorrect Logger Channel typehint in the BraintreeApiWebhook controller

BraintreeApiWebhook controller uses the Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannel as the typehint for the $logger argument in constructor call.
This leads to error when module is used with alternative loggers, such as provided by monolog module.
Can be fixed by changing the typehint to Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelInterface
