Confused. implemented in 1.0.5 - we have 2.0.5 which is latest, and not seeing these options. Do I need to add a new page, with the Calendar settings set to eg 'this week'?

I'd also be interested on how to get to the week display.
In addition to that, getting work-weeks only (i.e. Mon-Fri and hiding Saturday and Sunday) would be great for some use cases. For both the month and the week view. Does that fit into this issue or should I start a new one for this.

I was working on plugins to allow different displays but i unfortunately have not finished yet.
It will be available (again) soon in 2.0.x
I think we should try to add new displays in this module to centralize efforts
But id like to have a plugin manager for selecting and rendering the display (e.g. month, week, work week, day..etc).
