tooltip not visible

Hi,
I would like to get this module working.

- I installed the module and added this to my text format:
- in the module configuration I added a filter with my vocabulary and text format
- did not select a content display or any condition (pages)
- I selected the content type

in Layout Builder I added my taxonomy field to the content type display and set it to "display entity" and "pay of taxonomy term"

The tooltip does not show up - what I am doing wrong?
