[current-date:*] token can not be parsed

All [current-date:*] tokens can not be parsed. I tick the "Show debug" checkbox, it shows not parsed as the screenshot below:

When I use the same token in webform and other modules, it works as expected.

Drupal: 9.3.9
Token: 8.x-1.10
PHP: 7.3

I also encountered this issue.

I found a workaround though, using [date:custom:Ym] [current-user:DUMMY]

(For some reason, [date:custom:Ym] doesn't work.)
