Content moderation revision log should be a textarea as on node edit forms

Problem/Motivation

The EntityModerationForm is declaring the revision log field as a simple textfield while the structure of this item in database is declared as long text.
Next to that on a node edit page the revision log is a textarea.
The revision log should be a textarea too on this EntityModerationForm.

Steps to reproduce

Make sure you render the content_moderation_control field on your latest revision display so you can view the EntityModerationForm.

Proposed resolution

Change the type from text to textarea.
