Dropdown not working for toolbar_menu menus

A user reported this issue is still occurring on the latest version of the module (3.5.3), see #3507579-46: Controller for URI "/en/admin/flush" is not callable → .

Moving issue back to Active as an attempt to collect more feedback and discussions.

That fixed. I've faced this issue and then I go to the `/admin/config/user-interface/admin-toolbar` and changed the Menu depth
from 1 to 9 and finally, it works.

I have followed the advice as in #9, but it did not help in my case.

I have done a bit more testing on this issue with:

• admin_toolbar:3.5.3 →
• toolbar_menu:3.1.0 →
• drupal/core:10.4.6 →

 
and everything seemed to work fine 🟢, as expected: The menu configured with Toolbar Menu displays just the same as the administration menu under the "Manage" Toolbar item, see the screenshot below:

Could you please try testing again with the latest versions of the modules and let us know if the problem is still occurring?
In which case, we would definitely appreciate some more context, if possible, to try to reproduce the issue, for example, maybe there could be some conflicting themes or other modules that could prevent the dropdown menus from displaying properly.

Currently, we are unable to reproduce the issue, thus, closing ticket as cannot reproduce (anymore).

If you encounter more issues with the toolbar_menu and admin_toolbar modules, feel free to re-open this issue and provide more information so we could try to help.
