Background overlay does not appear

Problem/Motivation

The background overlay underneath the cookie banner does not appear even if the checkbox has been checked in the configuration settings page of the Iubenda module (BANNER - section 3.1 Format and Position)

Steps to reproduce

Go to module setting page /admin/config/system/iubenda-integration/cookie-policy and check the Background overlay checkbox then load the website: cookie banner will appear without overlay underneath
