Files missing (404) when working in local enviroment without a custom ServerName

I did everything that is indicated in the readme.txt file to create the library but when I activated the module it did not work correctly, checking the browser console I noticed that there were a few files missing because the path to them was not being built correctly, I created a vhost with a custom ServerName in my apache2 server and it immediately started working.

Creating a vhost with a custom ServerName in a local environment for the module to work should not be necessary.
