Clarify settings form on user edit page

Problem/Motivation

"Send notifications of new messages in a thread" and "Receive notification of private messages" are a little vague. Replace notification with "email notification" for clarity

Steps to reproduce

Login and go to your user/{uid}/edit page and scroll down to the Private Messages section.

Replace notification with "email notification"
