Compatibility with Drupal 9?

Does not install for D9 . Please continue developing the theme as my drupal site is forum based.

@paintingguy The repository for this theme contains only a READM.txt file. Drupal 9 does not allow to install a theme that does not have a .info.yml file, simply because for Drupal, without that file, the directory that should contain the theme file does not contain any theme.
